As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing. In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel across multiple searches simultaneously. The person who thrives here moves fast, adapts to shifting priorities, and uses every tool available to work at a higher volume and quality than a traditional sourcer. Key Activities <ul> <li> Execute high-volume outbound sourcing across multiple active requisitions simultaneously </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Craft personalized outreach messaging that converts passive talent </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Identify and flag process gaps; contribute to sourcing-related employer branding initiatives (up to 1 day/week) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Track and report sourcing metrics to demonstrate pipeline health and activity </li> </ul> Qualifications Key Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or internship counts) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Active, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) — you adopted these on your own, not because someone told you to </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Strong written communication for candidate outreach </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Genuine connection to CodePath's mission to transform computer science education </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Experience sourcing for technical or niche roles </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Gem and Greenhouse experience </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Experience working in startup or high-growth environments (under 200 people) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"> Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly (GitHub, BigQuery, etc.) </li> </ul> Compensation CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a junior level position at an annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
