JLL's Project and Development Services team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across our national and global commercial real estate portfolio. As the primary client contact and trusted advisor, you'll manage diverse project types while coordinating numerous stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. You'll serve as the single point of contact for program delivery, developing tailored strategies and standardized processes that ensure high-quality outcomes. Your ability to manage diverse project types—from workplace transformations to development initiatives—will be essential.<ul><li style="color:black !important">Collaborate with clients to define program goals for large-scale, complex project portfolios spanning multiple markets and asset types</li><li style="color:black !important">Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, and tools that support cross-functional partnerships</li><li style="color:black !important">Provide consolidated reporting across schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics for all active projects</li><li style="color:black !important">Establish management routines to track portfolio performance against client-specific KPIs</li><li style="color:black !important">Proactively identify and resolve risks across projects, removing roadblocks and facilitating stakeholder alignment</li><li style="color:black !important">Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency across varied project types</li></ul> Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, project teams, vendors, and JLL service lines. Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we’re looking for: Required Experience (10+ years in real estate/project/program management)<ul><li style="color:black !important">Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and markets</li><li style="color:black !important">Experience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)</li><li style="color:black !important">Track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levels</li><li style="color:black !important">Demonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing their varying expectations</li><li style="color:black !important">Experience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differences</li><li style="color:black !important">Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations</li><li style="color:black !important">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li style="color:black !important">Advanced organizational skills with ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments</li><li style="color:black !important">Expertise in project scheduling and budget management across varied project types</li><li style="color:black !important">Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Smartsheet</li><li style="color:black !important">Strong contract management capabilities</li><li style="color:black !important">Knowledge of disciplined project management methodologies (Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred)</li><li style="color:black !important">Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills</li><li style="color:black !important">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li style="color:black !important">Understanding of standard business and accounting practices</li><li style="color:black !important">Proficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization</li></ul>Education<ul><li style="color:black !important">Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)</li></ul>This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
