Produce comprehensive reports for senior management on your findings.</li><li>Assist in preparing for state and federal examinations, including compiling documentation and writing narratives. Ensure compliance responses are accurate and consistent.</li><li>Engage in various operational risk-related projects as directed to contribute to our continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><b>What Do You Need to Succeed?</b></p><p><i>Required Qualifications</i></p><ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in audit, regulatory examination, compliance testing, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years in the banking and financial sector focusing on regulations and risk management.</li></ul><p><i>Additional Qualifications</i></p><ul><li>Preferred 1 year of experience with commercial banking or residential lending products.</li><li>Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management to foster best practices.</li><li>Experience in corporate compliance and risk management within a regulated institution.</li><li>Ability to develop strong professional relationships and partnerships across departments.</li><li>Superior oral and written communication skills to interpret regulations effectively.</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of independent work.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.</li></ul><p><b>What’s in It for You?</b></p><p>We offer a competitive compensation with a starting base salary ranging from $34.55 to $55.19 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.
