Remote Disability Insurance Service Specialist
MassMutual is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate for their Disability Income Call Center. The role involves building rapport with customers and providing a best-in-class service experience. Candidates must have at least 1+ years of customer service experience or an Undergrad Degree, and will participate in paid virtual training.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Working hours are flexible within 7am-7pm Central Time, Monday to Friday.
