Private Equity Associate.

<p>A lower middle market private equity firm is looking to add a Junior Associate to its investment team. The role offers broad exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives alongside senior investment professionals.</p><p>The team invests across a range of sectors, with a focus on founder-owned and family-owned businesses in the industrials, business services, healthcare, and tech-enabled services sectors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support transaction execution and due diligence processes</li><li>Build and analyze financial models and valuation materials</li><li>Conduct industry, company, and market research</li><li>Assist with investment committee materials and presentations</li><li>Work closely with portfolio company management teams on operational and strategic initiatives</li><li>Evaluate new investment opportunities and add-on acquisitions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity</li><li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities</li><li>Interest in lower middle market investing and operationally focused private equity</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The role offers significant responsibility, direct interaction with senior leadership, and strong long-term growth potential within the firm.</p>
