<p>Need for big cement coporate for their Delhi office</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mission:</strong> Bring financial rigor to every initiative — from organic projects to inorganic opportunities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build financial models for acquisitions, divestments, and JV evaluations.</li><li>Support business case development for new capacity, expansion, and greenfield investments.</li><li>Track post-merger performance metrics and synergy realization.</li><li>Liaise with finance and treasury teams for valuation and capital allocation analysis.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile:</strong> 4–8 years’ experience; ideally CA / CFA / MBA Finance, with experience in IB, corp dev, or transaction advisory.</p><p><strong>Output:</strong> Deal models, NPV/IRR analysis, investment papers, sensitivity models for board notes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Prefrence will be given to </strong></p><p>Big 4 Transaction Advisory: Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY – Manager/Sr Manager in Deals, Valuations, Infra. modeled 5+ cement/steel dealsInvestment Banks – Mid Market: Avendus, Kotak IB, JM Financial, Axis Capital – Infra/Industrials team, Analyst to VP levelPE Funds – Infra/Industrial: KKR, Brookfield, Actis, NIIF – Investment Associates who want industry moveCorporate Dev Teams: Ultratech, JSW Cement, Adani Cement, Vedanta, Tata Steel – AM to DGM Corp Finance/M&AEquity Research – Cement/Metals: ICICI Sec, Motilal, HDFC Sec – Sr Analysts who know unit economics, want buy-side move</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pleasedo not apply</strong> if you are: Pure FP&A, Statutory audit, Bank credit teams. Shows rigor4-8 years total: 2+ years in deals.
