Laserfiche Process Automation Specialist / Developer 1551

<p>This is a remote position.</p> The Laserfiche Process Automation Specialist / Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows, eForms, and business processes within the Laserfiche platform. <br> This professional collaborates closely with business units to analyze requirements, optimize operations, and ensure that Laserfiche solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.<br> The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Laserfiche tools with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.<br> <br> Key Responsibilities: <br> <br> Laserfiche Workflow and Process Development<br> -Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms to improve efficiency.<br> -Configure process logic, routing rules, and automation tasks in Workflow Designer.<br> -Integrate Laserfiche with external systems and databases using lookups, web services, or custom scripts.<br> -Test, debug, and deploy workflows ensuring compliance with business and security standards.<br> <br> System Configuration and Administration<br> -Configure and maintain templates, metadata, and folder structures for document management.<br> -Manage folder-level security, permissions, and retention policies to ensure compliance.<br> -Set up database lookups, field rules, and form logic for data validation and automation.<br> -Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or automation issues.<br> <br> Collaboration and Documentation <br> -Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Laserfiche solutions.<br> -Document workflows, data mappings, and configuration changes for internal reference.<br> -Train and support end users on workflows, forms, and repository use.<br> <br> Continuous Improvement<br> -Monitor performance and recommend process optimizations.<br> -Stay updated on new Laserfiche features, modules, and best practices.<br> -Evaluate and implement new modules or third-party integrations.<br> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> -Minimum 2+ years developing eForms or workflow solutions (e.g., Google Forms, Adobe -Forms, DocuSign Workflow, or similar drag-and-drop tools). <br> -Experience with SQL database lookups, metadata configuration, and data validation rules.<br> -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.<br> -Excellent communication abilities.<br> <br> Preferred<br> -2+ years developing workflows and forms using Laserfiche Workflow, Forms, and Business Process modules.<br> -Proficiency with Laserfiche Administration Console, Template and Field Management, and Security Configuration.<br> -Laserfiche Certified Professional (LCP) or equivalent certification.<br> -Familiarity with Laserfiche SDK, C#, or JavaScript for advanced automation and integrations.<br> -Experience with IIS and Microsoft Entra ID integration.<br> -Background in regulated industries (government, education, healthcare, or finance).<br> -Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).<br> <br>
