Reporting to the Category Sales Manager, DCR for DACH & BENELUX, you will <b>drive new business</b>, <b>build long‑term partnerships</b>, and <b>deliver profitable, sustainable growth</b>. You’ll act as the central connection point between customers, operations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.</p><p></p><p>This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded KAM with strong Retail experience who thrives in an international, fast‑paced B2B environment and is motivated by delivering tangible results.</p><p></p><p><b>Where you’ll be</b></p><p></p><p>This role will be based remotely in the <b>Netherlands or Germany</b><b>,</b> with frequent travel across the DACH & BENELUX regions.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll be doing</b></p><p></p><p><b>1. Customer Relationship Management</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and new prospects.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Initiate actions that lead to increased sales, improved pricing, reduced costs, fewer complaints, and stronger customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely follow‑up on all actions resulting from customer visits.</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve our Voice of Customer performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. Sales & Market Development</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Develop a sales plan per customer and for the overall region.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage annual sales budgets per account.</p></li><li><p>Achieve monthly and annual targets for volume, turnover, and margin.</p></li><li><p>Lead the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and transparency.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report on price and volume trends.</p></li><li><p>Grow Huhtamaki’s market share across DACH & BENELUX.</p></li><li><p>Identify new markets, segments, and growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Huhtamaki Customer Service in Alf, Germany.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>3. Complaints & Technical Coordination</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Manage the full complaints process, including follow‑up and resolution.</p></li><li><p>Report on complaint status, including volumes, root causes, and cost impact.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with production sites to address quality issues and ensure consistent delivery performance.</p></li><li><p>Apply strong technical understanding to evaluate customer requests and feasibility.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>4. Financial & Logistics Ownership</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Oversee customer payments and manage outstanding debts.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and propose adjustments to customer credit limits.</p></li><li><p>Manage and reduce aging stock within the region.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>5.
