We don't have layers of process - we ship, learn, and iterate.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a backend-focused full stack engineer who thinks in systems, cares about product quality, and is genuinely excited to build with AI - not just alongside it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work directly with the founding team on the core platform: the scheduling engine, our autonomous AI agents, and the integrations that connect <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://candidate.fyi">candidate.fyi</a> to enterprise ATS infrastructure. Your focus is backend - but you're comfortable enough on the frontend to own a feature all the way through. You'll also talk to customers directly, understanding their problems firsthand and using that to shape what you build.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This isn't a ticket-execution role.
