You will own the multi-entity intercompany allocation model, bank matching and treasury operations across all entities, GST compliance, lender compliance reporting, and a significant portion of the month-end close, working directly under the Senior Accounting Manager. monitoring of cash balances across all entities </span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Bank matching and Xero reconciliations across all entities </span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Payment setup: AP runs, contractor payments, affiliate payments, wire and ACH/EFT setup</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Virtual credit card management, monitoring and allocating charges, and ensuring correct entity coding</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Senior lender certificate preparation</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Master bank entries and period-end reconciliations across all business units</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Stock-based compensation journal entries and SBC expense schedule maintenance</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Variance analysis preparation and comment clearing for all entities monthly</span><p></p> accuracy review and accruals breakdown</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Software subscription expense analysis and FP&A close support</span><p></p> <div Monthly US sales tax accrual and quarterly sales tax analysis (Canada and US)</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• FX forward contract monitoring and fair value assessment at period end</span><p></p> <div style="font-size: 15px;">• Quarterly consolidation support, consolidated trial balance and related party schedules</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Certain people cost, commissions, and payment preparation and reconciliations across entities</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <p><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Proactively identifying and implementing AI-assisted workflows and automations to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Finance operations</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 15px;">• Supporting style="font-size: 15px;"> 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or SaaS/tech environment</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">• <span style="font-size: 15px;">Knowledge and understanding of IFRS / accrual-basis accounting, you know why things are done, not just how</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">• <span style="font-size: 15px;"> Comfortable with Xero or a comparable cloud accounting platform (training available on our specific setup)</span><p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">• <span style="font-size: 15px;">You solve
