Executive Hotel Manager

Our client, a prestigious hotel group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Hotel Manager to lead operations at their flagship property located in **Huntsville, Alabama**. This is a crucial on-site role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, with strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Maintenance. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest services and maintain high satisfaction ratings. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand standards and reputation. Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests. Oversee inventory management and procurement for all hotel supplies and services. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and licensing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Prepare financial reports and performance analyses for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in an Executive House Manager or General Manager role. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and managing P&L statements. Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and revenue management systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence. Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for training or industry events.
