Instead, you'll be introducing businesses to a trusted creative production and brand solutions partner that can help simplify projects, solve challenges, and execute ideas.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll be building relationships with local businesses, agencies, marketing teams, operations leaders, HR departments, and corporate decision-makers who may benefit from having a reliable partner for marketing execution, branded merchandise, packaging, fulfillment, events, apparel, print, and more.</p><p><br></p><p>USP Group has spent more than 30 years helping organizations solve business challenges through creative, operational, and production solutions. We have the experience, capabilities, and infrastructure to support businesses of all sizes, making it easier to open doors and start meaningful conversations.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is highly relationship-focused, but it also requires initiative, persistence, and proactive outreach. Success comes from consistently getting in front of new organizations, introducing USP Group to decision-makers, uncovering opportunities, and creating qualified meetings for our leadership team.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll spend your time networking, visiting businesses, attending events, making introductions, and building genuine relationships throughout the community. Your goal is to identify organizations we can help, start conversations, uncover challenges, and connect qualified prospects with our leadership team for deeper discovery and solution development.</p><p><br></p><p>If you enjoy meeting new people, opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping businesses find smarter ways to execute their projects, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building valuable professional relationships.</p><p><br></p>What You'll Do<ul><li>Build relationships with local businesses, agencies, corporate offices, and organizations</li><li>Meet with decision-makers in marketing, operations, HR, procurement, and executive leadership roles</li><li>Attend networking events, community functions, trade shows, and industry gatherings</li><li>Conduct proactive outreach and business development activities to generate new opportunities</li><li>Generate qualified meetings and introductions for our leadership team</li><li>Learn about client challenges and identify opportunities where USP Group can provide value</li><li>Position USP Group as a strategic resource rather than a transactional vendor</li><li>Maintain prospect activity and pipeline within our CRM</li><li>Help establish long-term partnerships that create recurring business opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p>Who You Are<ul><li>Naturally outgoing and comfortable meeting new people</li><li>A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships</li><li>Curious and able to ask thoughtful questions to uncover business needs</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li><li>Professional, organized, and dependable</li><li>Comfortable networking, prospecting, and initiating conversations with new contacts</li><li>Interested in marketing, branding, business development, or client services</li><li>Previous experience in sales, recruiting, account management, agency services, marketing, hospitality, or business development is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>$20-$30 per hour, depending on experience</li><li>$30 bonus for every qualified meeting scheduled that is attended by a member of our leadership team</li><li>Commission on new business generated from accounts you help bring in</li><li>Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company</li><li>Flexible schedule with a mix of field work and office time</li><li>Supportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team environment</li></ul><p><br></p>Why USP Group / U.S. Printing?<p>You'll join a team that works on a wide variety of creative and business projects every day.
