What You’ll Be Doing:<ul> <li>Assist in managing and updating internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems.</li> <li>Support the registration, organization, and archiving of legal documents and reports.</li> <li>Aid in responding to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing.</li> <li>Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline legal and administrative workflows.</li> <li>Participate in training sessions to develop a foundational understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations.</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> What You Need to Succeed:<ul> <li>Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program, meeting the criteria for an apprenticeship.</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows.</li> <li>Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and willingness to learn legal tech platforms.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Curiosity and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal processes.</li> <li>Advanced/ Fluent english</li> </ul> Nice to Haves:<ul> <li>Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or willingness to explore them.</li> <li>Interest in legal operations, compliance, or fintech-related topics.</li> </ul> The Future We See: At CloudWalk, we believe AI and automation will redefine the way businesses operate: Legal teams streamlining operations with AI-enhanced document processing and compliance tracking.
